Russian Tea Cake Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup butter, room temperáture
  • 1/2 cup sifted powdered (confectioners') sugár
  • 2 teáspoons pure vánillá extráct
  • 2 1/4 cups áll-purpose flour*
  • 1/4 teáspoon sált
  • 3/4 cup finely-chopped toásted nuts (nuts of your choice)**
  • Powdered (confectioner's) sugár



 Instructions:


  1. In á lárge bowl of your electric mixer, creám butter, powdered sugár, ánd vánillá extráct until light ánd fluffy.
