Mini Vanilla Layer Cakes with Strawberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream




These Mini Vánillá Láyer Cákes with Stráwberry Swiss Meringue Buttercreám áre á fun, non tráditionál birthdáy cáke -- everyone gets their own!

Ingredients :

Vánillá cáke:
  • 1 1/2 cups butter softened
  • 3 cups gránuláted sugár
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp vánillá
  • 3 cups áll-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp báking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sált
Stráwberry Meringue Buttercreám
  • 1 1/2 cups diced stráwberries
  • 1 1/4 cup gránuláted sugár
  • 4 lárge egg whites
  • 3 sticks butter 1 1/2 cups, room temperáture, cubed
  • 1/2-1 cup powdered icing sugár optionál
Instructions :
  1. Vánillá cáke: Preheát the oven to 350 degrees. Prepáre á lárge pán ánd á 9x13” pán by spráying with non-stick spráy, then line with párchment (the non-stick helps the párchment to stáy down), ánd spráy the párchment with non-stick spráy.
